Booking procedureOnce I receive your initial enquiry details, I will do my best to email you within 24 hours to let you know whether I can help. If I can, I will email you a more comprehensive consultation form - this will help facilitate a more in-depth face-to-face consultation with you. FACE-TO-FACE IN-PERSON OR ONLINE CONFIDENTIAL FREE VIDEO CONSULTATION Once I have received the consultation form, we can then arrange when, where and how to meet for a face-to-face in-person (if local) or online (if further afield) consultation. (You will need a secure connection) The relaxed consultation session takes approximately 75 minutes, and during this time, we will discuss more deeply the issues concerning you and the goals you wish to achieve. If you wish, we will conclude with a 'taster' trance session to give you a feel for my style and the delivery of the trance process. You will also receive an MP3 version of this after we meet to exercise your mind before we begin actual therapy. Please note that this 'taster' is not a therapy session and is technically only a meditative guided relaxation but an important part of the therapeutic process. PROCESS AFTER FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATION. After the face-to-face chat, I will email a provisional treatment plan within 24 hours, and if you are happy, we progress to treatment once agreed and payment for the first session has been received. WHAT HAPPENS DURING THERAPY SESSIONS For standard hypnotherapy sessions, we begin with a brief chat, followed by any hypnotherapy treatment. If we uncover something unexpected—either good or bad—we adjust the treatment. I work on fitting the therapy should around the client, rather than the client fitting the treatment. Therapy sessions usually take approximately 1 hour for standard hypnotherapy, but if coaching or other discussion is needed, it may take more than 1 hour. Soon after our appointment, you will receive a complimentary recording of any suggestion hypnotherapy work to either listen to at your leisure. If I see you for more than one session, and you have been provided with an MP3, it may be advisable to listen in your own time as part of a continued course before meeting again. IN BETWEEN SESSION WORK I may follow up with you a few days before our next appointment to assess if any changes are needed for the next appointment. If any major changes affect the number of sessions required in the initial treatment plan, we can discuss this more easily during session work.

I am also fully insured to practice, and I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office - the governing body for GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation).

Please give me and yourself as much undivided attention as is practically possible. Session work will not be conducted while participating in any other activity.

Will the benefits last?Change is dependent on the intention of the client's needs and wishes. Some changes can materialise immediately or soon after, while others are gradual and work towards change. No therapist can predict or control what happens in your life after you have completed your session(s).
