Habits & Addictions
Are you struggling to let go of something that no longer serves you? My methods can help you overcome this obstacle.
My approach combines positive neurolinguistic mindset techniques and hypnotherapy to help you understand the benefits of moving on and eliminate any fear of missing out. By focusing on the positive aspects of being free from the negative influence, you can gain complete freedom and live a fulfilling life.
Allow me to help you find the power to make this change.
Eliminate your FOMO (fear of missing out) and embrace your JOMO (joy of moving on)!

Nicotine
As someone who originally smoked up to 50 cigarettes a day, I understand how difficult it can be if you don't know what you're doing.
I use a combination of hypnotherapy and the benefits method born out of neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, and Allen Carr's revolutionary A.C.E. groundbreaking model to escape both physically and mentally from the highly addictive trap of nicotine.

Now that the British N.H.S. and N.I.C.E. (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) have finally approved the A.C.E. model as a recommended way to stop smoking, you can feel reassured that you can finally say goodbye to N.R.T., willpower, and any notion of feeling deprived or 'missing out' and say hello to a nicotine-free life.

Alcohol
A passionate speciality of mine, without the use of any 12-step/AA methods, I offer six weekly one-to-one 1-hour sessions with just me, sometimes extending to 1-hour 15-minute sessions via video link using a combination of the NLP benefits approach, self-discovery techniques, videos, various articles, tips, tricks, educational insights, simple weekly tasks, and, of course, hypnotherapy to guide you towards life completely and consistently free from alcohol.

Sugar
Sugar can be very harmful to our health if consumed in excess. It can lead to weight gain, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and other health problems. It's important to be mindful of sugar intake and choose healthier alternatives whenever possible.

Hypnotherapy can be an effective tool in treating sugar addiction. By accessing the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy helps individuals overcome their cravings for sugary snacks and develop healthier habits. With the guidance of a trained hypnotherapist, many people have successfully overcome their addiction to sweet snacks filled with harmful processed sugar.
